Our Medical Practices
Our Medical Practices Sunderland GP Alliance runs three medical practices; Monument Surgeres, New Silksworth and South Hylton.
We also support most of the other practices across Sunderland, who are members of the alliance to deliver quality Primary Care services for everyone in Sunderland.
The Alliance also runs other services like the Sunderland Enhanced Access (SEAS) service which provides extra GP appointments at evenings and weekends.
