Sunderland GP Alliance
Sunderland GP Alliance is a not-for-profit collaboration of GP practices in Sunderland.
All GP Practices in Sunderland are members of the organisation, covering approximately 285,000 patients.
The Alliance also runs three practices: Monument Surgeries, South Hylton and New Silksworth.

Staff of the Alliance
Sunderland GP Alliance has a highly experienced team of professionals who are all committed to providing the best health care possible for the people of Sunderland.
SGPA Medical Practices
Sunderland GP Alliance runs three medical practices at New Silksworth Medical Practice, South Hylton Surgery and Monument Surgeries.
We also run a number of other services that cover the whole city such as our Enhanced Access service that provides appointments on an evening and at weekends.
