Jill began her career in the NHS in 1991 as a student nurse, working in Intensive Care until 2008.  Since then, she has held various clinical positions and worked for private organisations in business development, playing a key role in the introduction of clinical pharmacists into primary care, pre-dating the NHSE scheme.  She is currently Federation Services Clinical manager for Enhanced Access, Recovery at Home, Clinical Research and takes a senior clinical lead on other short-term initiatives working with system partners to ensure effective mobilisation and is committed to delivering quality services to the people of Sunderland.
