International Training
Sunderland GP Alliance is owned and led by local GPs, dedicated to improving patient care and strengthening primary care services across Sunderland. With extensive experience in general practice, we are trusted partners for practices and organisations across the region and are able to offer training and development opportunities through mentorship, observerships within high-performing member practices and bespoke, face-to-face training delivered by experienced GP trainers.

Expertise
We have worked with nearly 60 newly qualified GPs to help them settle into the demanding world of General Practice.
Each GP is allocated a personal mentor and attends weekly sessions with an experienced GP to discuss complex case management.
We also organise formal training for GPs wishing to specialise in particular clinical areas, and invite local consultants to provide deeper insight into their fields of expertise.
