Making a complaint

We make every effort to provide our patients with the best possible service, but we also know that, from time to time, things can go wrong so if you’d like to make a complaint, please use the form on this page to do so.

We will aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and will always acknowledge receipt within two working days. You will receive a full response within 20 working days unless we need longer to complete our investigations in which case we will always write and let you know. All information you provide us with will be dealt with sensitively and confidentially.
