You will recently have received notification of an incentive to enable us to gather baseline data in order to plan the enhanced primary care projects for 2017/18.
Whilst we appreciate that the end of March is a busy time in general practice we need to ensure that we follow treasury rules regarding spending of vanguard monies within this financial year. We have tested the gathering of the data required and in most cases, depending on coding, it will not take long to draw the data together. The data we need will enable us to plan a potential in hours home visiting service pilot, a potential diagnostic spirometry service and look at piloting an at scale prescription ordering line to tackle medicines waste issues.
