A quick reminder that there are several incentives available to practices through the enhanced primary care programme.
All these incentives expire in March 2017 and you will be unable to claim for extra work undertaken after this point. Therefore please can we encourage practices to complete work on the high cost diabetes oral agents audit, claim any mydiagnostick incentives and complete any agreed care home re-alignment work and make the necessary claims.
