The General Practice Group (GPG) is made up of locality delivery teams, representing the GP community in each locality.
The GPG was established to promote a collaborative culture that will inform delivery, reshape and re-design the models of health and social care at sufficient scale to innovate, whilst holding onto the best aspects of today’s General Practice model.
The Terms of Reference, Roles and Responsibilities of the group are currently under review to ensure that this vision is delivered consistently across all localities.
